Renée Cowling

Renée is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with hands on experience in recruitment, training and development, employment law, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits, and occupational health and safety. Her passion is to help organizations, both big and small, realize the true potential of human resources as a strategic business tool. She has worked in various industries including engineering, fabrication and construction, and post-secondary education. She always strives for clear communication and works hard to ensure that leaders have the skills and tools to build an engaged and efficient workforce.
Prior to working in the field of HR, Renée completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Rights and Law and spent her third year of university in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on a study abroad program.
In her spare time, you can find Renée exploring the incredible trail network that Squamish has to offer, traveling to new places, drinking good coffee, reading a book in the sun, or going on fun adventures with her husband and toddler.
